AJP values its employees and requires all of its employees to take a 30 Hour OSHA training course, as well as First Aid and CPR training. Employees are trained to evaluate job site safety independently, and to report any problems that may cause an injury. All AJP projects are evaluated for safety at the beginning of each project. Our team members are certified to work with heavy machinery such as forklifts and scissor lifts, as well as given suspended scaffolding training.

This training has enabled our highly valued employees to achieve an outstanding safety record. Moreover, AJP is a drug free operation, and an annual drug test is required for all employees, as well as an initial drug test, and random tests through the year.
